Office Manager

Position Profile:

As an Office Manager you will be responsible for supervising the basic operation of Anixter's San Diego office to ensure quality and efficiency. Duties may include, but not limited to: meeting and greeting all visitors, keeping office organized and cleaned, answering incoming calls, supporting multiple supervisors and senior level executives with projects and reports, making travel and meeting arrangements, ordering supplies, word processing, filing, and faxing.

Requirements:

*  2+ years Office Manager experience preferred
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team with high level of flexibility and adaptability.
* A high level of professionalism, combined with solid organizational skills.
* Computer skills including Windows business application software (Lotus Notes, Word, Excel, Power Point)
* Must be fast-paced, goal oriented individual who can provide world class customer service for our clients
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Bachelors degree in related major is preferred
